Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Basically, I have bunches and bunches of cysts on my ovaries. He said that I’ve had this condition for a long time and he doesn’t have a reason as to why it was showing up now. He estimated that there were about 60 or 70 cysts on my ovaries. So….We cant get pregnant on our own. I’m not infertile but I’m “subfertile” as my doctor put it. I’m not producing enough eggs because of the cysts on my ovaries. He put me on meds to help me produce eggs and I have to go back for another ultrasound on Monday.

I was scared when he first told me that those black spots on my ultrasound were cysts. After we talked about it and what we were going to do I felt better. I know that these cysts are harmful to me in any way. But the fact that we cant get pregnant on our own is still setting in. After 1 ½ years of trying we finally know what’s wrong and what we have to do to fix it.
